  • Transactional Data: Payment history, appointment attendance, and service preferences.
  • Payment Data: Securely handled by Stripe. We do not store primary credit card numbers on our infrastructure.

Your information is used to facilitate the seamless "Walk-Out" booking experience, including:

  • Syncing your arrival with Merchant Partner schedules.
  • Automating SMS reminders to reduce no-shows.
  • Processing secure payments via the Platform.
  • Improving the Platform's performance and user experience.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose your information to Merchant Partners (Shop Owners) only to the extent necessary to fulfill your booking.

Overseas Disclosure: We use global service providers (e.g., Stripe, AWS) for secure data processing. While these providers may store data in various regions, we ensure they maintain security standards compliant with Australian law.

5. Marketing Communications

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails or by replying "STOP" to SMS notifications.
